We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused portion (unfortunately we cannot process empty containers as returns) in original packaging with your invoice within 30 days from delivery date for a prompt refund less shipping. We will require at least half the product in order process your return. We cannot process returns after 30 days. Please contact us for authorization before returning product, unauthorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If more than 10 of the items from the order are returned, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Only one opened item of the same product is eligible for return. All others of the same item must be factory sealed original packaging for a refund.

We use the latest technology for security and privacy when ordering over the Internet. If you are still uncertain about placing your credit card online, but do not want to provide your credit card number on our website, please choose the call-in credit card option as your credit card type.  Then complete your order and phone us with your Order confirmation number and your card number and we will be happy to process your credit card transaction for you. If you do not have access to a computer, you may also order by phone, fax or mail. Please provide UPC codes for all items you wish to order.

Orders placed by mail can be paid by credit card, check or money order. Please ensure all checks have name and address pre-printed. There will be a waiting period of 10 days for the check or money order to be cleared by the bank before we can ship the order.

Our lowest cost shipping option within the Continental United States is our flat rate of $5.95. Your package will be shipped for $5.95 regardless of dollar amount or size, unless it weighs over 25 pounds, in which case a surcharge may apply. When you select our flat rate shipping option, your package will be sent via US Postal Service, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or Ontrac. Our shipping department generally chooses the shipping method. If you choose this option, please provide an address that is suitable for US post office e.g P O BOX when applicable and a street address for UPS, FedEx, and Ontrac packages. Please note: we reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier.

UPS/USPS Flat Rate Ground Shipments generally take 2-10 business days for delivery depending on your destination.

Please note, US Postal Service packages do not require a delivery confirmation signature.

For an additional charge, you may choose a specific shipping method when placing your order. You may select United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Ground, UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Air (does not include HI or AK) or UPS or FedEx Next Day Air. The website will calculate the cost for these methods based on the weight and destination. Please Note: These methods are shipping options and do NOT include processing time.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mariana Islands, and the US Virgin Islands addresses will be charged a flat shipping rate of $9.75. Orders which contain individual items that weigh over 2.5 lbs. (shipping weight) may be subject to a shipping surcharge to these locations. Shipments sent to these locations are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses are charged a flat shipping rate of $9.75. For security reasons, these packages do not receive valid tracking numbers. All packages sent to APO and FPO addresses are sent via United States Postal Service. Orders which contain individual items that weigh over 2.5 lbs. (shipping weight) may be subject to a shipping surcharge to these locations. Shipments sent to these locations are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

All orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. does not have online inventory at this time. Items in stock are automatically shipped out after the order is processed. UPS or FedEx does not include the day the order ships, nor weekends or government holidays as shipping days.

If your address cannot be verified by our address verification system, your order may be delayed while we contact you to confirm the address.

Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, excluding US Government holidays. Backordered items generally ship within 2-10 business days provided they are available from the manufacturer.

Refrigerated items are kept in the refrigerator until they are ready to be shipped. After the items are in transit, they are susceptible to shipping temperatures. Unfortunately, VitaminLife does not have refrigerated packaging materials or ice packs. We recommend shipping during cooler months or selecting expedited shipping methods.

Internet orders that have chosen Pick-up as their shipping option, will be available for pick-up at our Redmond, WA store after you have received email notification that it is ready. Pick up orders must be paid in advance prior to processing. lease bring in a copy of your Confirmation email when picking up your order.

There is a temporary ban on all shipments to Russia, unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to Russia. We apologize for any inconvenience.

International orders can be shipped by UPS or FedEx International (2-3 business day estimated shipping time) or International Postal Service (4-12 business days estimated shipping time, though some countries' postal services have taken 28 or more days). UPS and FedEx International shipments are fully trackable.

International Postal Service packages can be tracked to Carson, CA, USA at which point the shipments are inserted into the postal system of the destination country, and are not trackable from that point. Shipping cost does not include insurance. VitaminLife is not responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse. If insurance is desired, please choose UPS or FedEx International.

The following countries can only receive shipments by International Postal Service: Mexico, Spain, Germany, Austria, China, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Germany, Hong Kong, Honduras, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, and Thailand. All other countries may choose to receive packages from either Fedex/UPS or International Postal Service.

Canada: Orders cannot be over a 3 month supply at any given time. The 3 month supply is based on the dosage, not on the number of bottles. Also, any items to be consumed by any pet, including but not limited to treats, food, medicine, etc cannot be shipped to Canada.

International Track and Trace Shipping Method:

International Track and Trace shipping method is available to select countries. If this service is available in your country, this shipping method will show up as an option. Your order will be shipped by DHL partnering with local shipping carriers. This method is traceable to your address. VitaminLife is not responsible for any customs or duties charges that may be imposed by your local country.

Please note there may be some countries we are unable to ship to due to Customs regulations.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause.  Customers also take responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country. If a shipment is returned to VitaminLife for failure to pay customs or product rejection by customs, the customer will be credited for their order less all shipping and handling, plus a 15% restocking fee. These charges include shipping to and from Vitaminlife, where applicable. We reserve the right to have a package destroyed at customs if it is too expensive to return. Unpaid duties and taxes will be charged to the customers' credit card.

Our goal is to ship your order immediately and completely. All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs and email notification will be sent regarding backorders. You will be contacted by email if the item has become discontinued or is long term out of stock. If after one month we are unsuccessful in obtaining an ordered item, we will cancel the item off of your order and credit your account. Please notify customer service prior to cancellation if you wish to extend a back order beyond 30 days. All customers outside of the USA will be contacted by email if an item is out of stock to allow you to determine if you want the order shipped or held until the item becomes available. You may also contact us to cancel a backordered item at any time and receive an immediate refund.

Once an order is in 'Warehouse Processing' status it cannot be cancelled. This includes any order which has already been shipped, or 'Shipping'.

After receiving a shipment, please check all contents against the packing slip before discarding box and packing material. The customer is responsible for tracking shipments. In the event a shipment does not arrive, we need to be notified no later than 2 weeks from the recorded delivery date. In some instances the customer may be required to sign for a package, this is solely at the discretion of the shipping company.

Customers are only charged one shipping charge and will not be charged additional shipping  to send out backordered items. If a package is returned after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order less shipping and less a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total order amount.
