Suggested Use:
Apply desired amount of NOW®
Arnica Cooling Relief Gel to
any areas of the body
suffering from muscle
tension or discomfort.
Apply the gel 2-3 times a
day as needed, until the
muscle tension is
alleviated. Keep away from
sensitive areas of the body,
and do not ingest.
