For added support, we've enriched this high potency Arnica gel with Natural Mint Oils, Lavender, Chamomile and Vitamin K. This product is great for people on the go, small enough to travel with, and dries quickly on the skin.

Suggested Use: Apply desired amount of NOW� Arnica Cooling Relief Gel to any areas of the body suffering from muscle tension or discomfort. Apply the gel 2-3 times a day as needed, until the muscle tension is alleviated. Keep away from sensitive areas of the body, and do not ingest.
