Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap® 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with food.

Other Ingredients:  Rice Flour, Cellulose Powder, Cellulose (capsule), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.  Contains soy derivative.
