Black Cohosh , an "AMNI Original Formula", comes in a new Douglas Labs label. (AMNI

Black Cohosh capsules, provided by Advanced Medical Nutrition, Inc., contain 40
mg of a standardized extract derived from the root and rhizome of the black
cohosh plant. Each capsule is standardized to contain a minimum of 2.5%
triterpenes, calculated as 27-deoxyactein.
Each capsule contains: Black Cohosh Root and Rhizome, dried extract, min. 2.5%
triterpenes calculated as 27-deoxyactein 40 mg
Other ingredients: Cellulose, gelatin, water. Contains no yeast, corn, sugar, or
other sweeteners, artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
Suggested Use: Two capsules twice daily, with meals as a dietary supplement or
as directed by a physician. It is recommended that prolonged use of black cohosh
beyond six months be under physician supervision.
