Nutrition:
Diet is important for food related headaches. Avoid food containing Tyramine,

consumption of coffee and caffeine beverages.

Directions:
At the onset of a migraine headache, take 2-3 capsules every 3-4 hours as needed
or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take with food if mild stomach
discomfort occurs. Do not exceed twelve capsules in a 24-hour period.
