Pomegranate's ellagic acid and the green tea polyphenols (EGCG) provide a strong combination of antioxidants. Ellagic acid is one of the strongest antioxidants in the market today.

As a natural sweetener Agave nectar provides a lower glycemic index (about 46, in contrast with 58 for honey), mostly made up of fructose (90% fructose, 10% glucose). The closer to or higher than 100 the glycemic index is of a product (100 being 100% glucose), the faster it raises blood sugar level, generally a not-preferable reaction. Therefore, the organic agave in Liquid Collagen+CTM provides a natural healthy alternative to standard corn syrup or sugar sweeteners.

Ionic minerals have been shown to aid in nutrient absorption and mineral balance in the body aiding in the absorption of Liquid Collagen+CTM.

DIRECTIONS:
As a dietary supplement, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, take one (1) tablespoon (1/2 fl.oz.) daily, alone or mixed with six (6) ounces of water, fruit juice, or herbal tea. Wait 20 minutes before eating. For weight control, it is ideal to refrain from eating about 3 hours before sleep and then take the recommended dosage on an empty stomach right before bedtime.
