Recommend : As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 teaspoon (approximately 1 dropperful) as needed or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed 1 teaspoon per day. Best taken alone, preferably between meals. May be mixed with water or juice. May be applied topically.
