Fiber Re:Fresh powder contains a unique combination of ingredients to help support the body's natural detoxification process. This special blend combines both soluble and insoluble fiber to promote healthy elimination and regularity, and the warming carminative herbs citrus peel, ginger root and anise seed to support digestion.
Recommend : For adult use only. Before meals, mix or blend 1 rounded scoop of Fiber Re:Fresh with 8 oz water or nonacidic juice (apple or papaya), 1 to 3 times daily. For best taste and solubility, mix with cold apple juice. Important: gradually, over 1 week, increase from 1 scoop to 3 scoops per day, to allow your system to adjust to a higher fiber intake.
Cautions : Notice to new users: This product contains psyllium. A small percentage of individuals, such as nurses and other health care providers whose occupations expose them to psyllium dust, may develop a sensitivity to psyllium. This sensitivity may result in an allergic reaction. If you are pregnant or nursing, consult your health care professional before using this product.
