Garcinia 1000 contains a standardized extract of the fruit of the Garcinia cambogia tree. For many centuries this fruit, also called Malabar tamarind, has been valued in Southern India. The principal acid of garcinia fruit, (-)hydroxycitrate, has been shown to curb appetite and inhibit fatty acid synthesis (production) in animal studies. (Results of animal studies may not extrapolate to humans.)
Recommend : One tablet 2 to 3 times daily, approximately 1 hour before meals. Do not exceed 3 tablets per day.
Cautions : If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or diabetic, consult your health care professional before using this product.
Ingredients : Chromium (as chromium 150 mcg polynicotinate [ChromeMate(r)] & picolinate) Garcinia Berry Extract (Citrin(r)) 1,000 mg Yielding 500 mg of hydroxycitric acid
