Dosage:
Take 1-2 capsules up to 3 times a day with meals, 6 days a week. A
minimum of 64 oz. of good water MUST be ingested daily. For assistance

HIMALAYAN CRYSTAL SALT vs. TABLE SALT
Dr. Suzanne Oparil, past president of the American Heart Association,
has said that the government may have been too quick to recommend the
public cut back so dramatically on their table salt intake. An eight
year study in the New York City hypertensive population showed that
those on low-salt diets had more than four times as many heart attacks
as those on normal toxic table salt diets. This is exactly opposite of
what the salt hypothesis would have predicted in 1995.
However, it is understood that table salt is quite toxic. It can keep us
from an ideal fluid balance and can overburden our elimination systems.
When table salt is chemically cleaned, it divides and isolates the
sodium and chloride bond which is then a foreign substance to the body.
This table salt is added to almost all processed foods. When we add more
salt to our processed foods when eating, it adds to the foreign
chemicals that the body defends itself from and has to excrete.
The commercial salt industry has been successful in convincing people
that adding potentially toxic iodine and fluoride to salt is a health
advantage. There are also fillers added to table salt to promote easy
flowing such as magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, aluminum

only to sodium and chloride, thru a process using 1200 degrees F., it
changes the chemical structure which can adversely affect the human

To neutralize this unnatural isolated sodium and chloride, water
molecules surround it to break up and create sodium and chloride ions.
This large amount of water comes from our cells and results in an
imbalance of cellular fluid. Every gram of unbonded sodium chloride that

Salt has been an essential element in the diet of all animals since the
