Inflameric – A Closer Look
Natural  Cox-2  Enzyme  Inhibitor
Inflameric is an exciting new formulation designed for its use as an effective natural Cox-2 inhibitor and inflammation reducer. Recent research suggests that inhibiting an enzyme known as Cox-2 may be an effective way to reduce inflammation.

Inflameric contains oleo-resin from boswellia serrata, which contains beta-boswellic acids. These compounds have been extensively studied for their anti-inflammatory properties. In Auurvedic Medicine, a combination of boswellia serrata and curcumin (tumeric) are often used in a formulation for their synergistic effects. Curcumin is widely used for its anti-inflammatory and anti-septic properties as well.
 

Both curcumin and green tea are sources of powerful phenolic antioxidants that disrupt the signaling process that activates Cox-2 gene expression. Devil’s Claw contains Cox-2 inhibitors iridoid glycosides, such as harpagosides, clinically proven to improve joint mobility and flexibility.

MSM is the stable end-product of methyl-S-methane series of compounds that provide all life with a dominant amount of bio-available sulfur. MSM helps in the building of joint and connective tissues, and may also reduce inflammatory problems.

Gymnema sylvestre, or “GUR-MAR” which literally mean, “sugar destroyer”, is added to improve sugar tolerance. This formula is designed to be compatible with low carbohydrate dieting. Balancing blood sugar may result in reducing inflammation.
 

Vitamin C, Zinc, and an enzyme blend are added to improve circulation and may promote healthy, less inflamed joint tissue. The formulation also contains a proprietary herbal base of cats claw, devils claw, yucca, and sea cucumber, all of which may be used to reduce inflammation.
