Kelp is a nutritional seaweed. This species of kelp grows in coastal ocean waters from 1 to 10 feet deep with the tide.

Nature's Way uses whole dried plant guaranteed to contain 0.06% iodine.

Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Not recommended for hyperthyroidism or for long-term use. Consult a healthcare professional before using if you are pregnant, nursing or taking a prescribed iodine medication.
