'Friendly' microflora support colon health by altering the microflora ecology to favor 'friendly' flora. Beneficial bacteria in our gut perform many important functions, such as modifying bile acids, cholesterol and hormones, and metabolizing and synthesizing vitamins (including vitamins K and B-12, and biotin).
Recommend : One capsule with meals three times daily for 4 or 5 days, then once daily.
Cautions : If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product. Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.
Ingredients : Life Flora Mix 300 mg (approx. 3,000,000,000 viable cells at the time of encapsulation) Containing: Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei, and Streptococcus thermophilus.
