Recommend : Therapeutic doage range is based upon body weight, 0.5mg to 1.0mg for every 2.2 pounds (1kg) of body weight per day. Preventative dosage is 5 to 15 mg daily. For best results take 20 minutes before meals or on an empty stomach.
