Usage
DHA is an essential fatty acid necessary for mental and visual function. It is the primary structural fatty acid in the gray matter of the brain and retina of the eye and is important for signal transmissions in the brain, eye and nervous system.. Recommended Daily Dosage
For routine use take one capsule daily with a meal. During pregnancy and lactation take two capsules daily with a meal.
