From the Darjeeling Makaibari Estate, we choose large, twisted leaves that are partially processed for a light, nutty organic tea that retains the fruity, floral flavors so highly prized in Darjeelings.
Recommend: A truly satisfying cup of tea begins with the best water. Use freshly drawn, cold, filtered water, or spring water when available. Bring water to a boil. Pour over one tea bag cup, allowing 2 to 3 minutes for the flavor to unfold to its fullest. Traditionally, Oolong is enjoyed without embellishment, but feel free to serve as desired.
