"Drink Oxylent Breathe Life" is the motto of this multivitamin drink and it fits. Just one packet a day adds a slew of vitamins to your diet, including vitamins C and D3 (my favorite these days and much better than D2), and no less than 7 of the B vitamins. And if that's not enough, L-Arginine and L-Lysine are in there too. Another plus is that the vitamins in Oxylent, which is an effervescent powder that's mixed with water, are highly bioavailable so your body can easily use them right away.
Oxylent comes in packets that are easy to transport wherever you go. Just add 4 to 8 ounces of water (I used 4 ounces to give it a more concentrated taste) and it's ready to drink. Available in two flavors, sparkling mandarin and sparkling berries, they both tasted pretty good, although I preferred the sparkling berries myself. What's really cool is the bubbly, tingling feeling of the drink once you add the water to the packet ingredients--almost like drinking a fizzy cocktail, but without the alcohol.
Oxylent doesn't contain any artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners and no caffeine (for those of us trying to kick the caffeine habit) so it energizes you naturally. A great way to get your daily dose of vitamins or rehydrate after a long flight!
