Recommend :   Usual Dosage: Take one capsule (2.9 billion lactobacillus microorganisms) per day.
Intensive Dosage: After two weeks at the usual dosage, intake may be increased to one capsule three times per day.

Cautions :   To retain maximum potency keep refrigerated.

Does Not Contain :   Milk, Whey, Soy, Corn, Wheat, Yeast, Chemical Preservatives.

Safety :   Double safety sealed with a printed outer shrinkwrap film and a printed inner bottle freshness seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing.
