Pycnogenol (tm)
Pycnogenol® is the registered trademark of a natural plant extract derived
from French maritime pine bark - Pinus maritima.
Pycnogenol® may help a number of health conditions in two main ways, 1)
it is a powerful antioxidant and 2) actives in Pycnogenol® strengthen
tissue permeability. "Pycnogenol® can reduce risks of some cancers,
accelerated aging, and arthritis. It reduces bruising and severity of
sports injuries, reduces varicose veins, reduces risk of phlebitis,
improves red blood cell membrane flexibility; has dermatological
