Allergy Information: This product contains glucosamine (from shrimp and crab) and green lipped mussel.

Take 2 tablets 3 times daily with food for 2 to 4 weeks, then reduce to 1 to 2 tablets twice daily with food.

Perna canaliculus (Green-Lipped Mussel) . . 1,000 mg
