Current research suggests that supplemental Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate can be useful for individuals with mild to moderate joint pain. Optimum Nutrition's Super Stregnth Glucosamine Plus CSA contains 1,500 mg of pure crystalline Glucosamine Sulfate (Type A) per two tablets and is formulated for rapid disintegration and maximum absorption.

Recommend :   Take 2 tablets 1-2 times daily or as follows: if body weight is less than 120lbs - 2 tablets daily, 120lbs - 200 lbs 3 tablets daily, over 200lbs 4 tablets daily.

Ingredients :   Glucosamine Sulfate (as glucosamine sulfate potassium) 1500 mg, Chondroitin Sulfate (as chondroitin sulfate A) 1200 mg.
