Home > Herbs > Aloe Vera > Recommend : Adults and children 15 years of age and over take 1 capsule at bedtime. Children 8 to 15 years of age take 1/2 capsule at bedtime. Children under 6 consult a doctor. Indications: For relief of occasional constipation. Generally produces a gentle bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours. Cautions : Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present, or for a period longer than one week unless directed by a doctor.
