Description:
|
Pantothenic Acid, or
Vitamin B5, is a component of conenzyme A (CoA) which is necessary for
the metabolism of carbohydrates, fatty acids, and some amino acids.
Pantothenic Acid also plays a role in the formation of antibodies,
hemoglobin, hormones (e.g., growth, sex and stress), neurotransmitters
(acetylcholine) and sterols. Pantothenic Acid in the form of CoA helps
