Recommend : Take 2 tablets 3 times a day at the onset of symptoms. As symptoms begin to subside, take 2 tablets one time per day until the beginning of the menstrual cycle. Allow the tablets to dissolve in your mouth, preferably 1/4 hour before or 1 hour after meals. Cautions : If symptoms persist for more than seven days or worsen, discontinue use and consult your physician. For adults only: do not give to children under 12 unless directed by a physician. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek a physician advice before using this product. Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children.
