Recommend : Take two or three capsules daily for eight to twelve weeks. Thereafter take one to two capsules daily. Vitex works slowly so it is best if used long term.
Cautions : Do not use during pregnancy.
Ingredients : Vitex Fruit (vitex agnus-castus) (chaste tree)…400mg
Safety : Double safety sealed with a printed outer shrinkwrap film and a printed inner bottle freshness seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing.
