Recommend : As an addition to the daily diet, take 2 or 3 capsules three times daily with water at mealtimes. After taking this formula for 4 to 6 weeks, a 2 week break is recommended before restarting use for best results.

Safety : Double safety sealed with a printed outer shrinkwrap and a printed inner bottle freshness seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing.
