Hot Seaweed Bathâ„¢Take a seaweed bath once a week to help stimulate lymph drainage, reduce cellullite, rid your body of toxins, balance body chemistry, reduce tension and beautify skin texture! For best results, dry brush your skin before the bath.* Enough for 2 baths.
Prepare the bath: Put seaweed into tub and run very hot water until about 1/2 full. Take the bath: When the water is cool enough to enter, completely immerse and soak in the bath for about 45 minutes. Keep adding hot water to keep the bath hot.
Kelp (Ascophyllum n.); Kombu (Laminaria s.); Bladderwrack (Fucus v.); Dulse (Rhodymenia p.); Sea Palm (Pastelsia p.); Watercress (Nasturtium o.).
