Soytein® Fermented Protein
Energy Meal contains cultured soy milk produced from non-GMO soybeans. The soy
milk is cultured with probiotics, including L. acidophilus, L. bulgaricus, S.
thermophilus and Bifidobacterium ssp. Using probiotics as the culture medium
enhances the presence of aglycones, one of the most desired forms of isoflavones.
During the culturing and drying process of the soy milk, strict manufacturing
protocols are followed to help retain all desirable metabolites and cell wall
components. Studies suggest that the fermentation process also increases the
quantity, availability, digestibility and assimilation of nutrients in the
cultured soy milk.
Directions: Use only as directed. Vigorously mix 38 g (2 scoops) of
Soytein® Fermented Protein Energy Meal in 8 fluid ounces of water, juice, milk,
soy or rice milk, or other beverage of your choice. Best if served cold. Store
in a cool, dry place.
