An enzymatic, deep pore
cleanser with shea butter to nourish and
glycolic acid polymer and fruit enzymes
to accelerate the removal of dead skin
cells. Use twice daily. Gentle enough
for sensitive skin and removes all
makeup!
Directions:
Apply pearl size to face and neck.
Cleanse gently with warm water using
circular motion, rinse, tone, nourish
and protect.
Ingredients:
aqua: Distilled
water
shea butter: A
moisturizing, soothing emollient fat
with cellular renewal properties from
the fat of the karite nut tree.
succinic acid derivatives:
From lichens. A buffer, neutralizer, and
germicide.
laurel berry derivatives:
From European laurel berry with
cleansing and foaming properties.
coconut methyl glycine:
A sudsing agent from coconut.
glycolic acid polymer: An AHA (alpha
hydroxy acid) from rhubarb. It is less
irritating than glycolic acid with
properties of dissolving the binders
(glue) that hold dead skin cells
together.
fruit enzymes: Skin
refining properties. Protein (keratin)
digesting enzymes that have the ability
to digest dead skin cells on the surface
of the skin, revealing a smooth, fresh
appearance.
pineapple extract:
Contains bromelain, a keratin digesting
enzyme.
turmeric: Derived from
an East Indian herb. Turmeric is a
yellow coloring agent with
anti-inflammatory and antioxidant
properties.
D-beta fructan: Escorts
Vitamin C to the cells, promotes better
quality collagen and elastin, supplies
nitrogen to the skin, strengthens the
skin’s immune cells, is an amino sugar
that bolsters the skin’s ability to
moisturize, strengthen and generally
defend itself. From glucose molecules of
the Date Palm.
D-beta glucosamine:
This amino sugar is a component of
hyaluronic acid, one of the
glycosaminoglycans (polysaccharide
chains) that make up the extra cellular
matrix (ground substance) of the dermis
which contains elastin and collagen.
These compounds bind water and are
involved in the maintenance of the water
and salt balance of the skin and keep
the epidermis in tighter alignment with
the dermis. From Chinese Foxglove, grain
and lichen.
