Trimethylglycine (TMG) is found in a variety of plant and animal sources and is utilized in the conversion of homocysteine to methionine. Maintaining normal homocysteine levels is important for the health of the cardiovascular system. TMG helps convert homocysteine to methionine by donating a methyl (CH3) group.
Recommend : For daily maintenance, take one to two tablets. To support lower homocysteine levels, take two to four tablets daily.
